Manages hard services operations across corporate sites, bank branches , and the CEO residence , ensuring reliable, safe, and high-quality facility performance with strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems
- Ensure uptime and rapid response to technical issues across sites and branches
- Handle CEO residence requirements with 24/7 readiness and discretion
- Supervise vendors and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Manage incidents, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Maintain reports, asset records, and CAFM (Corrigo) updates
- Monitor utilities and support energy efficiency initiatives
