Multi Store Operations Manager (MSM)
Under general supervision and in accordance with established company policies and procedures, the Multi Store Operations Manager (MSM) participates in the management activities of staffing, productivity, IT, tax preparation work, and marketing for various offices within an assigned district.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day‑to‑day activities of seasonal team members assigned to multiple store locations.
- Lead recruiting efforts and manage the interviewing process of employees for the assigned area, including sourcing from multiple lead channels.
- Monitor associate performance to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems.
- Review and approve work schedules and time‑card approvals, monitor the time tracker during all shifts, and work with Human Resources on employee‑relations issues, complaints, and training.
