Job Summary
A Multi Technician (Civil) is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of civil and structural elements within a facility. This includes masonry, carpentry, painting, tiling, and general building repairs to ensure the property remains safe, functional, and visually maintained.
Key Responsibilities
1. Civil Maintenance Works - Carry out repairs of walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs.
- Perform masonry work including brickwork, plastering, and concrete repairs.
- Fix cracks, leakages, and structural defects.
2. Carpentry & Woodwork - Repair doors, windows, cabinets, and furniture.
