Position Overview

            Job Requirements  Technical Diploma or ITI in Electrical or Mechanical engineering. 
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in UAE Facilities Management. 
Hands‑on skill in troubleshooting HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing assets. 
 Responsibilities  Execute reactive maintenance tickets within strict SLA timeframes. 
Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on high‑rise building assets. 
Ensure all site safety protocols and grooming standards are met daily.
