The successful Multi Trade Operative will support the refurbishment and turnaround of vacant social housing properties across Bristol, Bath and surrounding areas. This position is ideally suited to someone with a strong carpentry background alongside solid plumbing skills.

• Carrying out carpentry and plumbing works within void social housing properties
• Completing repairs and maintenance to bring homes up to lettable standard
