• Effectively undertake commercial building refurbishment projects
• Oversee and manage projects from start to finish
• Ensure quality control and safe working practices
• Read and interpret schematics and drawings
• Collaborate with contract managers and subcontractors to ensure project success
• Coordinate and schedule work crews and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
