We are currently seeking an experienced Multi Trader with a strong carpentry background to join a busy team delivering repairs, maintenance and improvement works within occupied and void residential properties.
This role would suit someone with previous experience working within social housing, local authority, housing association or property maintenance environments, who is confident carrying out a wide range of day-to-day repairs while providing excellent customer service to residents.
The RoleYou will be responsible forpleting a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across domestic properties, ensuring work ispleted safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
