A long-established independent education site set within extensive landscaped grounds is seeking a skilled General Builder to join its in-house Estates team. This is a varied and hands-on role supporting the maintenance and upkeep of a large and diverse estate, featuring both historic and modern buildings.
 
You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary estates department, contributing to planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and general building works across the site.
 
Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned and reactive building maintenance across a varied estate
Undertake general building, paving, external works, roofing repairs and maintenance
Support drainage maintenance including gulley clearing, gutter cleaning, and roof clearing
Assist with erection and safe use of access equipment including scaffold towers
