Build Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced multi trader to join our client’s reactive maintenance team.
Duties
Carrying out a range of repairs and maintenance works across multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and decoratingDiagnosing faults and completing repairs to a high standardMaking good after works completedAttending properties and ensuring all work is completed within agreed timeframesProviding excellent customer service when working in tenanted propertiesEnsuring all work is completed safely and in line with health & safety regulations Requirements
