Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Multi-Trader to join a social housing adaptations project in Retford. This role involves carrying out a range of maintenance and adaptation works within void properties, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out multi-trade works including (but not limited to) carpentry, plastering, tiling, and general repairs
Complete social housing void properties - Kitchen & Bathrooms
Work efficiently in occupied homes while maintaining professionalism and respect for tenants
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines
