Oversee all areas and aspects of multi-unit restaurant operations within an airport environment. Train and retain an excellent staff, deliver outstanding hospitality, and manage food cost and labor cost. Share P&L responsibility, run shifts, and ensure sanitation, safety, and cleanliness in accordance with company policies and procedures. Lead the team of Restaurant General Managers who report directly to this position and collaborate with on-site leadership. Qualifications
