Duration: 24 months Contract Job Description: Primary responsibilities include the installation, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of audio and visual equipment, live broadcasting encoders, desktop computers, laptops, multifunctional printers, scanners, plotters, video conferencing equipment and handheld mobile devices. Ability to identify and resolve issues in response to customer request for support. Supports Board of Trustee meetings, forum and customer outreach events, and public input session. Provides setup, operation and breakdown of audio and visual equipment for both internal and external events. Assists with Corporate Communication and Public Relations events at sites as well as other locations in San Antonio and surrounding service areas.
