Responsibilities

• Manage service for local policies with higher degree of complexity, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators; manage all aspects of service delivery for inbound multinational accounts including processing and portfolio management.
• Train and manage support team (Issuing Office Multinational Coordinator and Issuing Office Multinational Administrator) on outsourced activities related to servicing of clients with higher degree of complexity.
• Ensure right level of IO fees received based on work performed in country in relation to assigned accounts.
• Participate in cross marketing efforts to sell non-Controlled Master Program (CMP) products at a local level.
