CBRE Excellerate is seeking a Hands-on Handyman to deliver high-quality general maintenance across client sites. You will manage a small on-site team, respond to day-to-day maintenance requests, and ensure safety and client satisfaction.

Strong reporting and communication with management are required. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in building maintenance, a relevant trade certificate, and hands-on skills in carpentry, painting, plumbing, and basic repair work.
