Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, organize, and update company documents, records, and files in both physical and digital formats.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper version control of all documentation.
  • Develop and implement standardized documentation processes and filing systems.
  • Conduct historical research by reviewing archived records, reports, and reference materials.
  • Compile research findings into clear summaries, reports, or reference documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy standards, and record-keeping regulations.
  • Assist in audits, reviews, and information requests by retrieving relevant documents promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to validate and update historical and current records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, History, Library Science, Records Management, or related field.
