Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional with prior experience

working closely with the music artist community—ideally in artist management,

distribution, or a related domain. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding

of the independent music ecosystem and a passion for discovering and nurturing

emerging talent.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify rising independent artists on Instagram, YouTube, Spotify

- Sign and Manage Artists for Distribution

- Negotiate contract with Artist

- Collaborate with internal teams and partners for releases

- Monitor and Analyse KPI’s

- Attend showcases, and artist community events

- Build relationships with managers/producers/songwriters who influence artist

decisions
