Amara Hospice Care is seeking a Per Diem Board-Certified Music Therapist: Oakland, Wayne Counties and surrounding Areas: (full time is an option)

The Music Therapist is responsible for providing music therapy under the direction of their director according to the patient's unique plan of care. This person must be certified and willing to travel within a territory to complete requested music therapy sessions with our hospice patients. The Music Therapist will be paid per visit and be compensated per mile traveled according to the company policies.  The Music Therapist will complete timely documentation and communicate with multiple professionals on the interdisciplinary team.
