Responsibilities

• Manage reconciling and processing positions related to Corporate Action events
• Revise communications and notifications, and facilitate postings for Corporate Action or Proxy events
• Supervise a small team of support staff
• Delegate and supervise straightforward tasks
• Recommend personnel actions such as hiring, discipline, performance evaluations, promotion, compensation adjustments, and termination
• Create and monitor metrics for the managed team
• Supervise overall operating efficiency
• Apply technical and professional principles and concepts and possess in‑depth knowledge of team objectives
• Supervise the quality and service of own work and others; navigate within the organization to troubleshoot escalated issues and bring appropriate closure
