### Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) solutions to meet business requirements

✅ Design, build, and enhance Power Apps (Model-Driven Apps) aligned with business workflows

✅ Implement and optimize Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service solutions

✅ Improve lead-to-opportunity conversion, sales lifecycle management, and service case workflows

✅ Lead implementation of Microsoft 365 Sales Agent, Copilot, and AI-powered CRM solutions

✅ Integrate AI-driven capabilities into business processes and customer engagement workflows

✅ Design and customize Power BI dashboards and reports using Dataverse and Application Insights data

✅ Integrate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions with Azure services and third-party applications

✅ Troubleshoot and optimize existing Dynamics 365 customizations and Power Platform implementations

### Required Skills

✔ 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 customization

✔ Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules

✔ Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI

✔ Experience with plugins, workflows, integrations, and custom development

✔ Strong knowledge of Azure services and Application Insights

✔ Understanding of Generative AI and Microsoft Copilot capabilities

### Nice to Have

⭐ Experience with Microsoft 365 Sales Agent / Copilot / First-Party Agents

⭐ Experience implementing AI-powered CRM solutions

⭐ Microsoft Certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, or equivalent

### Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
