Position Overview
**POSITION SUMMARY:** The National Account Inside Sales Manager is responsible for managing the growth, retention, client satisfaction and strategic relationships of all assigned accounts. The National Accounts Inside Sales Manager is also responsible for successfully implementing and executing fully developed strategic account plans for each assigned account penetration opportunities depending on the needs of each client.
**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Develops strategic growth and retention plans for all assigned existing accounts.
+ Assists in the implementation of all assigned accounts and owns/manages the client relationship.
+ Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of the company’s available services, lines of business, pricing structures, and offers additional services as appropriate to assigned accounts.
