Job Description

Working closely with the National Building Fabric Assurance Lead and MEP Leads, you will undertake planned condition surveys, targeted inspections, audit surveys and defect investigations.

You will support the delivery of a risk-based building fabric management strategy, utilising enhanced surveying techniques including UAV roof inspections and thermal imaging to improve defect diagnosis, building performance assessment and evidence-led decision-making.
