Job Description We are seeking a National Category Manager – Distribution for our Mississauga Branch who will be responsible for developing and implementing category strategies for internal and external customers working with suppliers, branches/sales teams, procurement, and business leaders in each division.

Key Responsibilities

Category Management

Review and recommend stock packages.

Review product demands and sales performance.

Recommend external affiliations and industry events for staff and specialists (e.g., Light‑Fair, BICSI).

Source and evaluate new products and/or vendors to enhance our product line and ensure ROI.

Oversee product/supplier introduction with marketing, procurement, operations, and sales.

Collaborate with marketing and sales on the promotional plan that delivers budgeted sales and gross profit within the assigned category.
