Key Responsibilities
Define and deliver national compliance strategy and continuous improvement programmesLead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, property, risk and legal teamsDrive a strong compliance culture, embedding accountability across the organisationOversee supplier performance and compliance across external contractor networksManage significant annual budgets and ensure effective allocation of resourcesProvide data-driven insights, reporting compliance performance and risk to senior stakeholders
