It's more than a job

As Productivity Management Super User, you drive and optimize productivity across all Contract Logistics sites in Belgium. You are the expert for productivity tools such as PMX, Activity Tracker, and Effitrack, ensuring correct implementation, data reliability, and continuous improvement. You act as the link between Operations, IS/IT, and BI, translating operational needs into system solutions and supporting the integration of productivity management into daily operations through close collaboration with all stakeholder levels.

Implement and roll out PMX and related productivity tools across new customers and sites in Belgium, ensuring standardized and scalable setups

Act as functional owner for PMX, Activity Tracker (incl. Live Dashboard), and Effitrack; configure users, targets, processes, roles, and workflows
