Managed People Solutions is seeking a National Merchandising Manager to be based in Johannesburg, Gauteng . This role is responsible for overseeing the Merchandising Business Unit (BU) , ensuring operational efficiency, cost optimisation, and strategic growth. The position focuses on fostering strong client relationships, driving strategy formulation, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities Include: Ensure that all costing models are developed for the business unit and that costs are optimised in accordance with these models. Ensure that operational requirements take place within the budget provided for the BU and that no over-expenditure occurs.
