Position Overview

DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

Job Purpose

  • Oversee and handle the payroll and final pay process
  • Responsible for the compliance to statutory and government requirements
  • Responsible for the reconciliation of the accounts and ensuring data accuracy
  • Ensure that the company’s accounting information and practices are accurately reflected.

    • Main Responsibilities

  • Processes payroll for the employees, including last pay, 13th month and annualization
  • Ensures completeness and accuracy of the data and information in the payroll system.
  • Record payroll entries and accruals in the accounting system.
  • Review employee attendance and timekeeping.
  • Address and resolve employee pay-related concerns raised via ticket and emails.
  • Prepare government contributions and/or remittances.
  • Liaise with government agencies to ensure statutory compliance.
