Citycare Property is seeking a Safety & Wellness Manager to lead our safety and wellbeing strategy across Aotearoa. You will drive a national program, partner with leaders, and report to the Head of Safety, Quality and Risk.

A strong track record in complex, multi-site environments and a people-first approach are essential. You’ll mentor a national team, ensure compliance, and deliver metrics to the Executive and Board to guide strategic decisions.
