Job Summary:
A. Role and responsibility
The National Sales Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and managing the sales team to achieve Allegens Healthcare's sales objectives and expand its market presence in the Philippines.
This role focuses on sales planning, team coaching, key customer relationship management, and close coordination with management and marketing teams to drive sustainable business growth.
B. Main tasks
Build up and lead the Medical Sales Representative team across the regions (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao)
Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans aligned with company goals and market conditions.
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacy chains, and distributors (B2B) nationwide, especially in the Luzon area
