The work as a Business Development Representative (BDR) consists of calling companies in Korea and speaking to the IT managers. There is no selling on the phone. Our job is to gather information by asking the right questions on relevant IT‑related topics. The aim of the call is to generate a lead: setting up a meeting between the IT manager and our client's sales representative. During our signature Warm Handover™ you will work hand in hand with the sales experts from our clients - such as Google, Intel, Dell, Fujitsu - learning from the best and building a network of decision‑makers around the globe.
