Instead, your focus will be building and managing a high quality talent pool for NATO related opportunities across NATO countries. You will work at the intersection of talent intelligence, security clearance eligibility assessment, candidate operations, AI tools, and data driven matching.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, process, technology, databases, AI tools, pattern recognition, and working with large volumes of information.

What You Will Do

• Review incoming candidate profiles and determine whether they fit the type of professionals typically required for NATO projects.
• Conduct structured conversations with candidates to understand:
