The role focuses on fauna and flora, coastal ecosystems, and ecology‑led storytelling, rather than Big Five safari activities. Candidates should be passionate about learning, teaching, and building guest connection through knowledge and storytelling, and should thrive in an environment that encourages continuous growth.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Host guests in line with the company’s standard of excellence.
• Create a memorable and educational experience for guests by providing informative nature encounters.
• Customize experiences to meet guests’ interests and preferences, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Lead guided nature walks, safaris and outdoor activities.
• Share in‑depth knowledge of local flora and fauna, wildlife behaviour, ecology and conservation efforts.
