**Core Responsibilities**

**1. Manage all pre-installation works :**

+ Ensure availability of adequate and firsthand information of contractual scope of works and deliveries.
+ Plan material deliveries in conjunction with factory and supply chain
+ Monitor shaft readiness and ensure shafts dimensions are as per approved shop drawings
+ Ensure adequate resources planning to meet project’s contractual requirements.
+ Award Purchase order for Sub contactors, local materials in conjunction with Project Manager and supply chain
