I'm looking for a skilled tradesperson to redo the sealant joints in my bathroom. The current grout and sealant around the bathtub and sink are moldy in places and water staining is starting to appear. I want a clean, watertight finish with mildew-resistant silicone and proper curing time. Please bring suitable silicone (neutral cure, mold-resistant) and any necessary tools.
