Candidate Requirements

Graduate or Diploma holder (NTT/Early Childhood Education qualification preferred)

1–2 years of experience in a preschool or early years setting

Good communication skills in English and local languages (Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, etc.)

Warm, patient and child-friendly personality

Ability to conduct age-appropriate activities and manage classroom routines effectively
