Position Responsibilities:  


+ Develop and support existing and new solutions implemented within the Microsoft technology stack

+ Install, support, and maintain third party software on a windows environment

+ Produce and maintain system and end user documentation

+ Provide and support continuous improvement on processes

+ Engage with end users on support matters, enhancement requests and gathering requirements for larger projects

+ Provide mentorship with other developers on the team

+ Ability to travel within the U.S. (approximately 10-15% of the time)

+ Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:
+ Bachelor's D egree in B usiness A dministration , Computer Science, or Management Information Systems or related field and 1 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma /General Education Degree (GED) and 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience
