Functional Responsibilities:

•Execute SuiteBuilder and SuiteAnalytics configuration changes

•Support functional process issues, including month-end close and GL/FP&A workflows

•Analyze data issues; perform data migrations, imports, and exports

•Resolve Severity 1 and Severity 2 incidents with urgency and precision

•Participate in knowledge transition sessions with PwC, Nodak, and OTSI

•Collaborate with business teams and SMEs to validate requirements and solutions

•Provide clear communication of status updates, fixes, and business impacts

•Debug and remediate SuiteScript, workflow, and integration issues
