Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve network issues across SD‑WAN, LAN (Cisco Catalyst 9300/9500, Nexus 9K), WLAN, and security platforms (firewalls).

Configure and support advanced switching technologies.

Apply strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies.

Utilize infrastructure cabling and transceivers knowledge for physical network deployments.

Manage enterprise routing.

Configure and support wireless networks (Aruba) – SSID setup, access‑point configuration, troubleshooting.

Implement Network Access Control (NAC) technology.

Handle cloud networking (Microsoft Azure) – ExpressRoute, route‑table design, cloud‑based VPN solutions.
