Job Role / Duty:

Routinely maintain and regularly upgrade RoadPass IT network system, website programs, server and all infrastructure and equipment related to the computer system, to ensure RoadPass IT systems perfectly perform, attract maximal commercial attraction and achieve the best telemarketing effectiveness.

Integrate and enhance the architecture of RoadPass existing computer system and network programs, maintain, streamline, create and revise codes and other necessary contents to promote efficiency, both externally with RoadPass clients and internally with Management, Admins and Driving Instructors; listen and timely react to external and internal feedbacks to ensure most fitting solutions; search and install up-to-date software products, upgrade RoadPass systems to always best showcase our services; coordinate with and instruct RoadPass staff on how to use coding...
