EUC & Site Support β’ Provide first-level onsite EUC support extending Global Helpdesk services.
β’ Register, classify, and resolve incidents as part of first-level onsite support.
β’ Support new employee orientation and scheduled corporate events.
β’ Provide dispatch support to in-scope locations where no onsite presence exists.
β’ Provide smart-hands support for site services such as server reboots, network equipment tasks, cabling, and port shutdowns under remote supervision.
β’ Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues and escalate to Microsoft Tier-2 teams when required.
β’ Verify network printer connectivity and perform Tier-1 troubleshooting for corporate printers (as per regional scope).
