You will lead 24x7 NOC delivery and act as the Tier‑2 escalation point, protecting service continuity, accelerating restoration, strengthening engineering capability and building customer trust. Your work supports Singtel Group’s ambition to deliver dependable digital services that help enterprise customers operate with confidence.
