Job Description
This position involves direct collaboration with internal teams—such as architecture and engineering, product management, business stakeholders and senior leaders—as well as external vendors and providers. Hence effective communication and strong problem-solving skills are a must. As a subject matter expert, he/she specialist is expected to stay up to date with evolving technologies and industry trends to drive end to end value.
Required Skills:
· Minimum 8+ years’ experience in an Enterprise Network Operations support environment.
· Experience with Network technologies such as:
o Routing, Switching - LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, QoS, EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, Multicast, IPv4/v6, MPLS.
o Network Virtualization/ automation: Cisco ACI, Arista fabric Network (including cloudvision and VXLAN encapsulations) , Cisco DNAC/Catalyst center, PRISMA, Palo Alto CloudGenix.
o WiFi Technologies – Aruba/CISCO wireless Controllers, Access Points, Management Platforms.
