KeyResponsibilities Design, configure and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Perform PC & Server software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting across Windows, VM and Linux environments. Implement and maintain system hardening practices, including patch management, OS baseline security, and vulnerability remediation. Trouble shooting network performance using tools such as Wireshark, Nagios, or equivalent. Conduct preventive maintenance, system health checks, and log reviews. Document configurations, incident reports, and compliance records. Provide technical support and training to end-users. Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure infrastructure resilience and compliance.
Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in IT/network engineering.
