Provides Network Operations support for small / medium projects.
Works with Network Operations team members to interpret client and business needs and translate them into business, application, system, technical and operational requirements.
Develops system requirements, including process flows and use cases.
Determines impact on existing applications and databases based on requirements.
Works with technical colleagues to ensure all requirements are addressed in solution design.
Coordinates the testing of new features and bug fixes, developing test cases and plans and performing user acceptance testing.
Works with development teams to complete implementations / enhancements with minimal impact to clients.
Performs troubleshooting of technical and business processes.
Participates in peer review of solution design documentation.
