Hiring: Network Support Engineer (L2) β NOC Operations Work location : Technopark ,Trivandrum Weβre hiring for our client for a skilled L2 Network Support Engineer with 2β4 years of experience Role Overview: Handle advanced troubleshooting, manage escalated incidents (P1/P2), and ensure high availability of network and infrastructure systems. Act as the key escalation point for L1 and coordinate with L3 teams during critical outages. Key Responsibilities: β’ Resolve complex network/infrastructure issues within SLA β’ Perform deep troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, connectivity) β’ Lead incident handling, escalation, and stakeholder communication β’ Support major incident response and service restoration β’ Contribute to RCA, runbooks, and continuous improvement Skills Required: β’ Strong networking fundamentals & troubleshooting experience β’ Familiarity with monitoring and ticketing tools (Zenduty, Dynamics 365, Zoho Desk) β’ Ability to analyze logs, metrics & alerts β’ Good communication ...
