Play a key role in the operational team, with focus on evergreening and operational support Resolve complex cross functional technical issues in a timely manner Participate in the planning and execution of testing related to production deployment validation, performance, failover and vulnerabilities remediation, and disaster recovery Analyze the current solutions environment to identify deficiencies and opportunities for simplification as part of continuous improvements and evergreening activities Define and implement required upgrades and changes to address operational problems or new business requirements as well as support problem troubleshooting in Prod and non-prod environments Other related activities and deliverables as required Required Qualifications & Skills:
