Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Field Team groups for escalations and assist alongside Tier 4 engineers when deeper troubleshooting is required.
• Support APEX by handling tickets and NOC‑related customer issues, escalating to Tier 4 when needed.
• Alert on node capacity issues, troubleshoot using PRTG, track problematic connections, and collaborate with network engineers to optimise performance.
• Execute all operational instructions and directives from the NOC Manager as required.

Job Experience and Skills Required

• 2 years experience in a NOC role
• Exposure to Mikrotik, Ubiquity and Cambium networks
