Position Overview

            Key Responsibilities:
  Provide technical support to field technicians by assisting with escalated network issues 
Investigate and resolve complex customer connectivity problems raised through internal support channels 
Collaborate with senior engineering teams on advanced fault resolution when required 
Proactively monitor network infrastructure to identify congestion, capacity concerns, and service degradation 
Analyse recurring faults and connectivity trends to improve network stability 
Use monitoring and diagnostic tools to track uptime, traffic flow, and client performance 
Assist in maintaining optimal network efficiency and minimizing downtime 
Support day-to-day NOC operations in line with business and operational needs 
Job Experience and Skills Required:
  23 years experience within a Network Operations Centre or similar networking environment
