**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
+ 3 years of experience with optical network infrastructure, transmission systems, layer 2/3 routers, and data services.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Experience working with local telecom service providers (Colocations).
+ Experience with local regulatory standards, procedures and requirements to execute network infrastructure installations.
+ Experience collaborating across multiple levels and functions.
+ Ability to engage and influence tactical and strategic decision-making.
+ Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
