Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and manage Cisco switches, ensuring efficient network performance and security.
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) solutions for network automation and assurance.
• Implement, maintain, and optimize wireless network solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Perform network upgrades, maintenance, and changes with minimal downtime.
• Analyze network performance metrics and implement improvements for high availability and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand networking requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensure compliance with network security policies and practices.
• Provide Level 2/3 support for network-related issues, including root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Maintain documentation of network configurations, processes, and changes.
