Responsibilities - Manage and support LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, firewall, load balancer, and DNS environments.
- Implement network changes and configurations in accordance with change management processes.
- Troubleshoot network issues and optimise performance.
- Design and support network solutions based on business requirements.
- Conduct proof‑of‑concepts and support infrastructure upgrades/refresh initiatives.
- Maintain network documentation and operational procedures.
- Participate in a rotational 24/7 standby support roster.
- Mentor junior engineers and support technical knowledge sharing within the team
